1. The Model DY850 Brick making machine is a self contained, portable and stand alone brick making plant for the production of bricks, paving blocks and floor tiles. From the standard system with model DY1100 presses. it has an output of 58,000 dry press bricks in an 8-hour shift. This equates to a maximum of 173,000 per day or a very conservative 50million bricks per year.

The model DY 850 has undergone extensive field trials over a number of years and been developed to operate in the most difficult of working environments from the hot and dry Middle East countries to the chills of Russian Siberia and our equipment is ideally suited to developed and developing countries alike. Our brick presses have been shipped to such diverse countries as Russia, India, Uganda, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan & Ukraine.

The secret to its success rests in the robust and modular construction, combined with innovative design, which focuses on giving long machine life, high machine availability, low maintenance costs and low production costs.
